1. Installation form:

The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted setups, resilient outdoor installations, and strategic indoor placements, each catering to your unique operational settings.

For outdoor installations, securing the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation ensures stability and durability. Indoor installations demand precision placement, ensuring the transformer body aligns seamlessly with the cabinet front, creating a snug fit with no gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, use designated force points engineered for the transformer to ensure stability. Implement anti-slip measures for safe and secure positioning.

During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within safe limits: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally, ensuring stability and integrity.

Carefully manage the fit of each component during installation, balancing precision to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.

For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the situational requirements, ensuring accurate and safe wiring connections.

3. Attachment installation:

When integrating attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for optimal performance and safety.
