1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding employs a multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or connecting continuous structure, expertly engineered to enhance the shock distribution, minimize magnetic leakage, and bolster mechanical strength with exceptional short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Crafted with high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet and utilizing a full diagonal seam stacking method, this design significantly reduces both no-load loss and no-load current, optimizing energy efficiency.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Each core and winding is secured with specialized fastening measures. Self-locking anti-loosening nuts are used for the high and low voltage leads, adopting a non-hanging center structure to withstand transportation vibrations. Fasteners are equipped with fastening nuts to ensure long-term operational stability.

4. Vacuum processing:
Our coils and cores undergo vacuum drying, with transformer oil vacuum-filtered and injected, effectively minimizing internal moisture for enhanced longevity and performance.

5. Oil tank design:
The oil tank features a corrugated sheet with a unique breathing function to adapt to oil volume changes caused by temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet and consequently reducing the transformer's height.
