Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted setups, strategic outdoor placements, and efficient indoor installations, to cater to various application needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installing indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns precisely with the front of the cabinet, maintaining a tight fit to the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points for stability, integrating anti-slip measures for enhanced security.
Ensure the transformer's inclination remains within safe limits during transport and installation, not exceeding 15° in the long axis or 10° in the short axis.
During the installation process, maintain appropriate spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
Select suitable insulation disks when installing terminals, ensuring correct wiring based on the actual situation.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
