1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring adaptability to a variety of environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precise alignment, ensuring the transformer body is flush with the cabinet front, thoroughly attached to the distribution panel, leaving no room for gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points to ensure stability. Implement thorough anti-slip measures to maintain integrity.
Control the transformer's inclination rigorously during both transportation and installation. Maintain an angle not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis to ensure optimal performance.
During installation, maintain optimal spacing between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness to ensure operational efficiency.
When affixing terminals, choose the appropriate insulation disks based on specific conditions, ensuring correct and secure wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
For the installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer requirements to ensure safety and functionality.
