Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers boast versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require precise alignment with the distribution panel, ensuring the transformer body is flush and tightly sealed.
2. Installation steps:
During positioning, utilize designated force points to ensure stability, incorporating anti-slip measures for enhanced safety.
Maintain controlled inclination levels during transportation and installation, with no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between components during installation to prevent any overly tight or loose fittings.
Select suitable insulation disks for terminal installation, aligning with actual conditions and wiring accurately.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays and pressure relief devices must adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for reliable performance.
