1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted setups, exterior outdoor installations, and indoor configurations, catering to diverse environmental needs.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require precise alignment, ensuring the body is flush with the cabinet front, seamlessly integrated without gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Once the transformer is positioned, utilize specially designed force points, implementing effective anti-slip measures to guarantee stability.

During both transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe limits (no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally) to ensure integrity.

Ensure appropriate spacing between components during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, maintaining operational efficiency.

Select the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, ensuring correct wiring according to situational demands.

3. Attachment installation:

For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines is imperative for optimal functionality.
