Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed using various methods: pole-mounted for streamlined infrastructure, robust outdoor setups ensuring resilience, or secure indoor installations for controlled environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor settings, ensure the transformer body is perfectly aligned with the cabinet front, snugly fitting against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision using specially designed force points for optimal stability and incorporate anti-slip measures for safety.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe parameters: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, ensuring structural integrity.
Ensure proper alignment during installation by maintaining suitable gaps between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation disks during terminal installation, ensuring correct wiring as per the specific requirements.
3. Attachment installation:
Compliance is key: While installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and the manufacturer's detailed specifications.
