Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation methods, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, catering to diverse environmental needs and infrastructural requirements.
For outdoor installations, it is crucial to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand ensuring the transformer aligns seamlessly with the cabinet's front, ensuring a flush fit against the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, employ designated force points and implement essential anti-slip measures to stabilize the setup.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within precise limits: a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, to ensure optimal stability and performance.
Ensure adequate spacing between components during installation; avoid excessively tight or loose configurations to maintain functionality and safety.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific situation and ensure precise wiring for optimal operation.
3. Attachment installation:
When affixing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and the manufacturer's guidelines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
