1. Winding structure:

2. Iron core design:
Utilization of premium-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets through a diagonal seam stacking method ensures reduced no-load losses and minimizes no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Each core and winding is securely fastened with robust measures. High and low voltage leads feature self-locking anti-loosening nuts. The non-hanging center structure withstands transportation vibrations. All fasteners include secure fastening nuts for long-term operational stability.

4. Vacuum processing:
Coils and cores undergo thorough vacuum drying, while transformer oil is meticulously vacuum-filtered and injected, effectively minimizing moisture within the transformer.

5. Oil tank design:
