Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, catering to various environmental settings.
For outdoor installations, a sturdy reinforced concrete foundation is necessary; indoor setups demand that the transformer body align flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
During setup, leverage designated force points for stabilization, implementing robust anti-slip measures to secure the transformer in place.
Maintain the transformer body's tilt within prescribed limits during both transit and installation processes-no more than 15° along the long axis, and no more than 10° along the short axis.
Vigilance is crucial to maintain precise gaps between components, avoiding both excessive tightness and looseness during installation.
Select suitable insulation disks tailored to the actual requirements when installing terminals, ensuring correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Mounting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves should adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee optimal performance.
