Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted installation, outdoor installation, and convenient indoor transformer setups.
When installing outdoors, ensure it is securely fixed on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor installations, align the transformer body perfectly flush with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, engage special force points meticulously designed for the product. Employ anti-slip measures to guarantee safety and stability.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transportation and installation, keeping it within a safe range (no more than 15° in the long axis direction and no more than 10° in the short axis direction).
Pay careful attention to the gaps between components during installation, ensuring they are neither too tight nor too loose for optimal performance.
Select suitable insulation disks when installing terminals, tailored to the actual conditions, ensuring correct wiring for safe operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Install attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal safety and performance.
