Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups to suit various environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require alignment with the cabinet's front, ensuring a seamless fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using designated force points. Implement anti-slip measures to secure stability during installation.
Maintain controlled inclination during transport and installation: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis to ensure proper alignment and safety.
During installation, ensure parts fit precisely to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, which could compromise performance.
Select appropriate insulation discs for terminal installation, ensuring correct wiring for optimal functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories, including gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, must adhere to standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
