Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Experience flexibility with the 20kV oil immersed transformers, offering diverse installation options such as pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements, ensuring adaptability to various environments.
For outdoor installations, ensure stability by securing on a reinforced concrete foundation. Conversely, indoor installations require alignment with the cabinet front, ensuring the transformer is seamlessly integrated with the distribution panel for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
As you position the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and incorporate anti-slip measures to guarantee secure installation.
Maintain precision during transportation and installation by controlling the transformer's inclination within specified parameters-no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
During setup, ensure precision in spacing between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness for optimal functionality.
Select the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, adapting to the situation for precise and correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install essential accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves meticulously, adhering to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for sustained efficiency.
