1. Installation form:

Our 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, to suit various environmental and operational requirements.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer is aligned flush with the cabinet's front and closely attached to the distribution panel, leaving no gaps for optimal safety and efficiency.

2. Installation steps:

During placement, utilize specially designed force points and implement measures to prevent slipping. This meticulous approach ensures a secure and efficient setup.

Maintain the correct inclination of the transformer body during transport and installation. The long axis should not exceed 15°, while the short axis should remain within a 10° range, ensuring stability and functionality.

Pay attention to component spacing during installation. Avoid overly tight or loose assemblies to maintain the transformer's integrity and performance.

For terminal installations, select insulation disks that match the specific requirements and ensure the wiring is correctly configured for optimal performance.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere strictly to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee safety and efficiency.
