Performance Characteristics:

1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding features a multi-layer cylindrical design with continuous or connecting continuous structure, enhancing the winding's shock distribution. This results in minimal magnetic leakage, superior mechanical strength, and formidable short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Employing high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, our design significantly reduces no-load loss and no-load current, optimizing performance and efficiency.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Each core and winding is meticulously secured with advanced fastening measures. High and low voltage leads are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts and a non-hanging center structure to endure transportation vibration. Fasteners include specialized nuts to ensure they remain secure throughout extended operation.

4. Vacuum processing:
Our process includes vacuum drying of coils and cores, along with vacuum-filtered and injected transformer oil, effectively minimizing internal moisture for peak operational efficiency.

5. Oil tank design:
The oil tank is crafted from corrugated sheets with a breathing function to compensate for oil volume changes due to temperature shifts, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet, thus reducing the transformer's height.
