1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options: pole-mounted, outdoor installation, or indoor transformer setup, catering to diverse infrastructural needs.

For outdoor setups, secure installation on a reinforced concrete foundation is essential. In indoor settings, ensure that the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front and sits snugly against the distribution panel without any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Utilize specially designed force points when positioning the transformer, and implement anti-slip measures for optimal stability.

During transportation and installation, the inclination of the transformer body must be carefully maintained: within 15° along the long axis and within 10° along the short axis.

During installation, meticulously check the gaps between each component to ensure optimal fit-neither too tight nor too loose.

When connecting terminals, choose the appropriate insulation disks according to the specific requirements and ensure correct wiring for optimal performance.

3. Attachment installation:

For accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines meticulously.
