1. Installation form:
The installation forms for 20kV oil immersed transformers include pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, providing versatility and adaptability for various environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns precisely with the cabinet front and is snugly attached to the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points designed specifically for the product, incorporating both anti-slip and secure measures to ensure stability.
Control the inclination of the transformer's body during transport and installation, maintaining a maximum tilt of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During installation, maintain balanced spacing between parts to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal functionality.
When connecting terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure proper wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
For attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, comply with applicable standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee performance and safety.
