1. Installation form:

The versatile 20kV Oil Immersed Transformer can be installed in various formats including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.

For outdoor installations, secure placement on a reinforced concrete foundation is essential. Indoor installations require the transformer to align perfectly with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a gapless fit against the distribution panel.

2. Installation Steps:

Utilize designated force points for transformer placement, coupled with effective anti-slip measures, to ensure stability.

During transport and installation, maintain a controlled tilt of the transformer body, not exceeding a 15° angle in the long axis or 10° in the short axis, to safeguard structural integrity.

Ensure balanced spacing between components during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.

Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations based on the specific requirements, ensuring correct wiring practices.

3. Attachment Installation:

When installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal performance.
