Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in a variety of ways, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installation, the transformer should be securely mounted on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. When setting up indoors, it is crucial to align the transformer body perfectly flush with the cabinet front, ensuring it is tightly affixed to the distribution panel with no visible gaps.
2. Installation steps:
As you position the transformer, utilize the specially designed force points for optimal stability, and implement anti-slip measures to ensure safety.
During transport and installation, maintain control over the transformer's inclination, ensuring it does not exceed 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis to prevent instability.
Pay careful attention to the gaps during installation, ensuring they are neither too tight nor too loose for optimal performance.
When installing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on the specific circumstances and ensure correct wiring for reliable operation.
3. Attachment installation:
For the installation of integral accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to related standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure a seamless integration.
