Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed in various ways, such as pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor settings, offering flexibility to suit your specific site conditions.
For outdoor installations, the transformer should be secured on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require alignment with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless connection with the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize designated force points to ensure stability and apply anti-slip measures for safety.
Maintain careful control of the transformer's body inclination during transport and installation, adhering to strict guidelines: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure optimal spacing between parts during installation, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.
When connecting terminals, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring is applied.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must adhere to industry standards and manufacturer specifications for optimal performance.
