1. Installation form:

The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor settings, each suited to your specific needs.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer body to be perfectly aligned with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless connection to the distribution panel, free of any gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, carefully utilize designated special force points to position the transformer, incorporating anti-slip measures for enhanced safety.

Ensure the transformer's inclination remains within safe limits during transit and installation: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.

Pay meticulous attention to the spacing of components during installation to prevent any tightness or looseness issues.

For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance.
