Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Choose from versatile installation forms for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers, including pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor settings, tailored to diverse needs and environments.
For outdoor setups, secure the transformer on reinforced concrete foundations. Indoors, ensure the body aligns flush with the cabinet front, seamlessly integrating with the distribution panel for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
Utilize specially designed force points when positioning the transformer, implementing anti-slip measures to guarantee stability and safety during installation.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe limits-no more than 15° long axis and 10° short axis-to ensure operational integrity.
Ensure optimal fit by carefully managing component gaps, avoiding undue tightness or looseness for a flawless and efficient installation process.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, ensuring correct wiring that meets real-world requirements for uncompromised performance.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and sleeves, adhering strictly to industry standards and manufacturer directives for quality assurance.
