Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in multiple formats: pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor setups, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer flush with the cabinet's front and snugly fit it against the distribution panel, ensuring a seamless installation.
2. Installation steps:
Ensure the transformer is placed using designated force points and incorporate anti-slip measures to maintain stability.
During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination to specific limits: not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Attention to detail is key; ensure all parts have adequate spacing to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminals based on real-time conditions and ensure precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal performance.
