Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, providing adaptability for various environmental requirements.
For optimal outdoor installation, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups should ensure the transformer aligns flush with the distribution panel, eliminating gaps for safety and performance.
2. Installation Steps:
During placement, utilize the specially designed force points for stability and integrate anti-slip measures to secure the transformer.
Maintain controlled inclination during transportation and installation, not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally, to preserve structural integrity.
Ensure appropriate spacing between components to prevent undue tightness or looseness that could compromise functionality.
Select insulation disks that match the installation conditions and ensure proper wiring to secure terminal connections.
3. Attachment Installation:
Accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and more must adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure safe and efficient operation.
