Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer setups, ensuring adaptability to your specific needs.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require ensuring the transformer body is perfectly aligned with the cabinet front, creating a snug fit with the distribution panel, leaving no room for gaps.
2. Installation Steps:
When positioning the transformer, employ the specially designed force points for our product, and implement anti-slip measures to secure stability.
During transport and installation, maintain control over the transformer's inclination: ensuring no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis, for optimal performance.
While installing, monitor the gaps between components, ensuring they are neither excessively tight nor loose, to maintain the integrity of the installation.
For terminal installation, select appropriate insulation disks reflecting real-world conditions, ensuring precise wiring for faultless function.
3. Attachment Installation:
When fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to the relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee optimal performance.
