Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in multiple configurations: pole-mounted for elevated security, strategically placed outdoors for optimal access, or seamlessly integrated indoors for efficient spatial use.
Outdoor installations require secure positioning on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Securely anchor the transformer using designated force points, with due precautions against slipping to guarantee stability.
During transit and setup, maintain the transformer's alignment with an inclination restriction-no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Meticulous attention to part spacing during installation prevents undue tension or slack, safeguarding operational integrity.
Select insulation disks judiciously when installing terminals, ensuring accurate and secure wiring based on situational demands.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers should adhere to stringent standards and manufacturer protocols to ensure optimal performance.
