Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations to suit various environments.

For outdoor setups, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure a seamless fit with the cabinet front and a firm connection to the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

Ensure precise placement using designated force points for our transformer, employing anti-slip measures to maintain stability.

During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within safe limits: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.

Monitor gap measurements during installation to avoid undue tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.

Carefully select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, wiring correctly based on the specific requirements.

3. Attachment installation:

For installing components like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere to established standards and manufacturer guidelines.
