Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor mounting, ensuring broad adaptability to your specific needs.
For outdoor installations, secure placement on a robust reinforced concrete foundation is essential. Indoors, precision alignment is key-ensure the transformer is flush with the front of the cabinet, seamlessly integrated with the distribution panel, leaving no gaps for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
Upon placement, utilize designated force points for stability and incorporate anti-slip strategies to maintain secure positioning.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within optimal ranges-keeping long-axis tilt under 15° and short-axis tilt under 10° for utmost stability and safety.
Pay meticulous attention to the spacing between components during installation to avoid any configuration being overly tight or excessively loose.
When installing terminals, select insulation disks that align precisely with the actual conditions to ensure correct and secure wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of additional components such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, sleeves, etc., should adhere strictly to established standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal functioning and safety.
