Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a solid reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups demand precision, ensuring the transformer aligns flush with the cabinet front and is firmly attached to the distribution panel with no gaps for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize specially designed force points, reinforcing stability with anti-slip solutions to secure the transformer.
Ensure the transformer remains level and within safe inclination limits during transportation and installation: not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Maintain appropriate spacing between each part during assembly, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness for optimal functionality.
When installing terminals, choose the insulation disks judiciously to match the situation and ensure precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves should adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee efficiency and safety.
