Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in diverse configurations such as pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor settings, catering to various application needs.
For outdoor installations, it is imperative to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require precise alignment of the transformer body with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using designated force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain careful control over the transformer's body inclination during transport and installation, ensuring it does not exceed 15° longitudinally or 10° laterally.
Prioritize accurate spacing between each component, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness that could affect performance.
For terminal installations, choose appropriate insulation disks based on the specific requirements and ensure proper wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When integrating accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal functionality.
