Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation configurations, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, providing flexibility to match your site requirements.
For outdoor installations, ensure that the transformer is firmly secured on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require the transformer to be aligned flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize specially designed force points to position the transformer, incorporating essential anti-slip measures for stability.
Carefully control the transformer's body inclination during transport and installation, maintaining an angle within 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Ensure appropriate clearance between components during installation to avoid tightness or looseness that could compromise functionality.
When connecting terminals, choose suitable insulating disks tailored to the specific conditions and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines when installing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, guaranteeing optimal performance.
