1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed with ease in various configurations such as pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor setups, catering to a wide array of operational environments.
For outdoor installations, ensure it is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation; whereas for indoor installations, the transformer must be precisely aligned with the cabinet front, achieving a seamless attachment to the distribution panel, free of gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize designated force points specifically engineered for this product, while implementing anti-slip measures to guarantee stability.
It is crucial to maintain the transformer body's inclination within strict parameters during transit and installation (not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° latitudinally) for optimal performance.
Carefully monitor the spacing between components, ensuring they are neither overly tight nor excessively loose, to secure efficient operation.
When setting up terminals, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific scenario and ensure accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When integrating attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, it is imperative to adhere to established standards and manufacturer guidelines to uphold safety and performance integrity.
