1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor configurations, catering to diverse needs.

For outdoor installations, anchoring on a reinforced concrete foundation is essential; while indoors, ensuring the transformer is flush with the cabinet front and snugly fits the distribution panel ensures optimal performance without gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During placement, adhere to the designated special force points for the product and implement essential anti-slip measures for stability.

It's crucial to maintain the transformer's body inclination within prescribed limits during transport and installation, specifically no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.

While installing, meticulous attention must be given to the gaps between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring a perfect fit.

Appropriate insulation disks should be selected when installing terminals to suit the specific scenario, ensuring correct wiring for seamless operation.

3. Attachment installation:

Installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves demands adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer's guidelines for optimal efficiency.
