1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted installations, robust outdoor installations, and strategic indoor transformer placements.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer body precisely with the cabinet front and secure it flush against the distribution panel for optimal performance.

2. Installation steps:

Position the transformer using designated force points, implementing essential anti-slip measures to maintain stability.

During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within strict parameters (maximum 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis) for safe handling.

Ensure each component is fitted with the perfect balance-not too tight, and not too loose-to guarantee flawless operation.

Select the appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, wiring them with precision to meet operational requirements.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers in strict compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
