1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer multiple installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor configurations, adaptable to various environments and requirements.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align perfectly with the cabinet front, achieving a seamless fit without any gaps against the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, employ specially designed force points to ensure stability, and implement necessary anti-slip measures to prevent unwanted movement.

During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within safe limits; no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, to ensure optimal balance and functionality.

Ensure precise spacing between components during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, which could compromise performance.

Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on actual requirements, and ensure correct wiring to maintain safety and efficiency.

3. Attachment installation:

Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee safety and reliability.
