Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in various forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor configurations, ensuring seamless integration into any environment.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer's front flush with the cabinet, ensuring it tightly adheres to the distribution panel without gaps, for optimal performance.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize specifically designed force points for precision and incorporate anti-slip measures to fortify stability.
Maintain the transformer's inclination within permissible limits during transit and setup: less than 15° along the long axis and under 10° along the short axis for assured safety.
Pay close attention to the fit between each component during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal functionality.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation, tailored to specific conditions, and ensure precise and accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
