Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed in several configurations: pole-mounted, outdoor setups, or within indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups should ensure the transformer aligns seamlessly with the cabinet's front and fits snugly against the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize the designated force points to prevent slippage and ensure stability.
Maintain a controlled inclination of the transformer body during transit and setup, ensuring it does not exceed 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
During the installation, ensure appropriate gaps between all components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness.
When installing terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks based on the actual scenario and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must be installed in compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
