Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers offer various installation modalities including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer setups.
For outdoor installations, secure placement on a reinforced concrete foundation is imperative, while indoor setups require alignment of the transformer body with the cabinet's facade, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize the designated force points engineered for this product, and implement anti-slip measures to maintain stability.
During both transportation and installation, it is crucial to regulate the transformer's inclination within specified limits (not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis).
Attention must be paid to inter-component gaps during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
The installation of attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure optimal performance.
