Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile installation options for 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor configurations, accommodating any infrastructural need.
For outdoor setups, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation for stability. Indoor installations should ensure that the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, maintaining a flawless connection with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, employ specially designed force points for the product and implement both anti-slip measures for optimal security.
Control the inclination during transport and setup to within a safe range: no more than a 15° tilt for the long axis and a 10° tilt for the short axis, ensuring precision and safety.
Pay close attention to part gaps during installation. Avoid being overly tight or excessively loose to ensure integrity and functionality.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations based on the specific scenario and wire them correctly for optimal performance.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to all relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to guarantee safety and performance.
