Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in several ways: pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, catering to varied environment settings.
Outdoor installations should be securely mounted on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor settings, ensure seamless installation by aligning the transformer body perfectly with the cabinet front, ensuring no gaps with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using the designated force points, integrating anti-slip precautions to ensure stability.
Maintain the transformer body's inclination within specific limits during transportation and installation-no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Meticulous attention to detail is vital during installation; ensure each part maintains the correct balance-not too tight, not too loose.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on situational requirements and ensure precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When integrating accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to pertinent standards and manufacturer specifications.
