Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a durable reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure it seamlessly aligns with the cabinet's front, adhering closely to the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, leverage specially designed force points, incorporating anti-slip measures for enhanced stability.
Maintain a controlled inclination during transport and installation, ensuring no more than a 15° tilt along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Precision is key; monitor part gaps to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, select insulation disks tailored to the specific context, ensuring accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Adhere to standards and manufacturer guidelines when installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves.
