Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and seamless indoor placements.
Outdoor installations require a secure reinforced concrete foundation, while indoor setups demand precision alignment with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points and implement anti-slip measures for maximum stability and security.
Maintain precise control of the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, keeping within a 15° limit along the long axis and 10° on the short axis for optimal safety.
Ensure careful attention to component spacing during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Select suitable insulation disks for terminal installations based on actual conditions, ensuring accurate and secure wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers with precision, adhering strictly to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
