Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation options for 20kV oil immersed transformers are diverse, including pole-mounted setups, resilient outdoor installations, and secure indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, the transformer should be securely fixed on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installing indoors, it is crucial to ensure the transformer body aligns flush with the front of the cabinet, adhering tightly to the distribution panel with no gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon placement of the transformer, it is imperative to utilize specially designed force points for stability, alongside implementing anti-slip measures for safety.
During both transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits: no more than 15 ° in the long axis and no more than 10 ° in the short axis.
During installation, meticulous attention to the spacing between components is essential to avoid them being overly tight or excessively loose, ensuring optimal performance.
For terminal installation, select appropriate insulation disks based on the actual circumstances and ensure proper wiring for seamless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications is non-negotiable for optimal functionality.
