Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer various installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring adaptability to diverse applications and environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer's body aligns flush with the cabinet's front, tightly securing it to the distribution panel to eliminate gaps and enhance safety.
2. Installation steps:
Precisely position the transformer using specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety during installation.
Maintain control over the transformer's body inclination during transport and installation, keeping within the specified limits (a maximum of 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis), to uphold operational integrity.
During assembly, carefully monitor the fit between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Select appropriate insulation disks when installing terminals, tailored to specific conditions, and ensure correct wiring for reliable operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Install critical accessories-such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves-strictly adhering to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
