Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed in multiple formats such as pole-mounted setups, outdoor environments, and indoor installations, catering to diverse applications.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure that the transformer aligns seamlessly with the front of the cabinet and fits snugly against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer using designated force points and employ anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety during installation.
Maintain controlled inclination during transportation and installation, with limits of no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis direction, ensuring structural integrity.
During installation, carefully monitor the spacing between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installation based on actual conditions and ensure correct wiring to maintain electrical safety and functionality.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing essential accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance.
