Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed using various methods: pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor installations, adapting to your specific needs and environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, align the transformer flush with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a seamless connection with the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force application points, and implement anti-slip measures to maintain stability and safety.
During transportation and installation, carefully manage the inclination of the transformer body, keeping it within a safe range: no more than 15° longitudinally and no more than 10° laterally, ensuring operational integrity.
During installation, maintain precise spacing between components to prevent overtightening or excessive looseness, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
When connecting terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks tailored to the actual conditions and ensure correct wiring for safe and efficient operation.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessory installations, such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and the manufacturer's guidelines to ensure compatibility and functionality.
