Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations for robust weather endurance, and secure indoor transformer placements. Each method is designed for optimal integration and performance.
For outdoor installations, secure your transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation to ensure stability and longevity. Indoors, align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug, gap-free attachment to the distribution panel for safety and efficiency.
2. Installation steps:
Ensure precision and safety during installation by utilizing designated force points to position the transformer, accompanied by reliable anti-slip measures for added security.
Maintain precise control of the transformer body's inclination-never exceeding 15° in the long axis or 10° in the short axis-during both transportation and installation, for optimal safety and function.
During assembly, meticulously manage the gaps between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring a seamless fit and optimal operation.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations based on actual conditions, ensuring meticulous and correct wiring for peak performance and safety.
3. Attachment installation:
Adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines when installing critical accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves to ensure reliable and safe operation.
