1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding features a sophisticated multi-layer cylindrical, continuous or connecting continuous structure. This innovation enhances shock distribution, minimizes magnetic leakage, and ensures high mechanical strength alongside robust short-circuit resistance.

2. Iron core design:
Employing premium cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, arranged with full diagonal seam stacking, this design significantly curtails no-load loss and reduces no-load current.

3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
To maintain integrity, the core and windings are securely fastened with state-of-the-art fastening measures. High and low voltage leads are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts and a non-hanging center structure to endure transport vibrations. Fasteners, equipped with nuts, ensure stability during long-term operation.

4. Vacuum processing:
A meticulous vacuum drying process is applied to coils and cores, while transformer oil undergoes vacuum filtration and injection to substantially reduce internal moisture.

5. Oil tank design:
Ingeniously crafted, the oil tank utilizes corrugated sheets with a breathing function to accommodate oil volume variations due to temperature fluctuations, eliminating the need for an oil storage cabinet and thereby reducing transformer height.
