Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor installations, tailored to suit your specific environmental conditions.

For outdoor installations, ensure a solid foundation on reinforced concrete. Indoor installations should align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, maintaining a seamless connection to the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

During placement, employ designated force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure the transformer effectively.

Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transport and setup, ensuring it remains within a 15° tolerance range in the long axis and 10° in the short axis.

Be mindful of the fit between components, adjusting gaps to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.

Select appropriate insulation disks for the terminal installation, tailoring choices to the situation and ensuring correct wiring.

3. Attachment installation:

When installing vital accessories like gas relays and pressure relief devices, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines for optimal performance.
