Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation possibilities, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer arrangements.
For outdoor installations, it is essential to secure the unit on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, ensure the transformer body aligns seamlessly with the front of the cabinet, maintaining a snug fit against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon securing the transformer in place, it is imperative to utilize the specially designated force points engineered for this product, accompanied by necessary anti-slip and safety measures.
During transportation and installation, exercise meticulous control over the transformer's inclination, ensuring it does not exceed 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis direction.
During installation, it is crucial to delicately balance the gaps between each component to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, select suitable insulation disks that align with the specific conditions and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications is mandatory.
